Investment brief before drawing production
Work starts from use goals, go-live milestones and site constraints. Drawings matter when they answer those constraints.
Architecture & engineering design

Detailed content
H2Q takes design from investment brief to IFC documents. Each option is checked for buildability, structure–MEP interfaces, long-lead procurement and later operating cost. The aim is documentation clear enough for site work and for owners to control variations.
Work starts from use goals, go-live milestones and site constraints. Drawings matter when they answer those constraints.
Clashes between structure, MEP and finishes usually cost more than material changes. H2Q moves interface review and long-lead estimates forward so decisions stay on paper.
IFC packages and option notes give site and management the same information set. Later changes follow an approval step — not verbal edits on site.

Process
Capture investment goals, legal–technical constraints and existing conditions.
2–3 options with function / cost / schedule trade-offs.
Lock the option, develop technical design and review interfaces.
Issue construction documents and package-level cost framing.
Main contract or civil–industrial trade packages; site safety and weekly progress reporting.
Coordinate design–trades–acceptance; control variations for the owner.
Foundations, reinforced concrete, internal roads and on-plot utilities.
Design documents aligned with construction and investment budget
